The Cleaning Brothers LLC is a locally owned cleaning business serving Yakima, Washington, and its surrounding areas since 2018. We are licensed, bonded, and insured, with all cleaning technicians being professionally trained, vetted, and employed directly by our company.
By hiring The Cleaning Brothers LLC, you agree to take full responsibility for payment, communication, and compliance with all company policies, including satisfaction guarantee procedures. We do not recognize third-party involvement in these matters.

1. Eligibility
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

3. Service Requests & Quotes
Submitting a service request through our website does not create a binding agreement. A service agreement becomes effective only after:

Pricing is agreed upon: We provide a detailed quote for the requested services, and pricing is confirmed between both parties.
Scheduling is finalized: A confirmed date and time have been agreed upon for the service.
Please note that we do not process payments through our website. All payments are handled either at the time of service or through direct communication for recurring services.
4. Scheduling, Cancellations & Access
Arrival Windows: We provide estimated arrival windows but do not guarantee exact times. We strive to meet your expectations but advise flexibility with timing.
Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24-72 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide proper notice may result in a cancellation fee of up to the full service amount. For recurring services, pricing is based on frequency, and skipping appointments may result in price adjustments.
Property Access: You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property. If we cannot access the property as scheduled (due to locked gates, pets, or other obstacles), a service fee may apply.
5. Payment Terms & Adjustments
Payment: Payment is due as agreed at booking or at the time of service. For recurring services, you authorize us to charge your provided payment method before the scheduled service date.
Late Payments & Fees: You agree to pay any applicable cancellation or late payment fees as outlined in the service agreement.
Service Adjustments: Our prices are based on years of experience and are given as estimates. If the condition of your home requires extra time, we will contact you before proceeding with additional work. If we cannot reach you, the cleaning team will leave, and you will be charged a cancellation fee.
Add-on services (available for an additional charge) include:

Detailed blinds and baseboard cleaning
Handwashing dishes
Oven and refrigerator cleaning
Pet hair removal, and more
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are dissatisfied with our service, you must notify us within 24 hours of the completion of the service. Our sole obligation is to return and reclean the specific area of concern. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be at our discretion.
7. Service Limitations
For safety and insurance purposes, we do not:
Climb higher than a two-step ladder.
Move items exceeding approximately 35 pounds.
Handle firearms or biohazards (including blood, feces, or hazardous waste).
Clean inaccessible living areas unless otherwise agreed.
Please ensure pets and valuables are secured before service.
8. Damage & Claims
Insurance: We are insured, but any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.
Liability: Our liability is limited to the cost of the specific service in question. We will attempt to replace damaged items, but an identical replacement is not guaranteed.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, branding, logos, and design, is the property of The Cleaning Brothers LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
The Cleaning Brothers LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, or loss of profits.
Our total liability for any claim arising from services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We are committed to offering quality services, but our liability remains limited under the terms outlined.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Cleaning Brothers LLC and its employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
Unsafe conditions at your property.
Misrepresentation of service needs.
Violation of these Terms.
12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, or labor shortages.
13. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Binding Arbitration: Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration, conducted in Washington State under applicable rules.
Class Action Waiver: All disputes must be resolved individually. You waive the right to participate in class actions or representative proceedings.
Small Claims Exception: Either party may bring individual claims in small claims court if eligible.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any court proceedings permitted under these Terms shall occur in Washington State.
15. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms are effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Entire Agreement
